The Northwesterly's spacious apartments are designed with you in mind.

Your new home awaits you at the Northwesterly. Our community offers private, spacious one bedroom suites with two floor plan layouts to choose from. The resident's apartments are their homes. Residents are free to provide their own furnishings and decorations making each apartment unique. The community will also provide complimentary basic furnishings, if needed.

All apartments have locking doors and are equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning units, a nicely tiled ADA accessible bathroom with a choice of a bathtub or walk-in shower with grab bars, easy to grip faucets and removable cabinetry under the sink, kitchenette, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, mirrors, wall-to-wall plush carpeting and well-lit living areas. Each apartment includes cable television. Modern fire detection devices and emergency response systems are installed for our resident's safety. You will enjoy the privacy of your apartment within a safe and secure community.

Floor plans, color schemes and furnishing have been coordinated to make it easy and safe for our resident to move around independently.

Our senior apartments are rented month-to-month. There are no buy in fees or long-term leases making it a smart financial option. Your monthly rent includes all Personalized Services. Monthly rates are affordable and vary depending on the floor plan selected.
